Job Description: Production Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of our company. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly while meeting quality standards and production targets. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met

- Manage production staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively

- Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and functioning

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are aligned with business needs

- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff

- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary

- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained

- Implement and manage quality control procedures

Preferred Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Knowledge of production equipment and processes

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Experience in implementing and managing quality control procedures

- Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations
